DOA Policy & Guarantee
Marine Pleasures LLC covers all DOA (dead on arrival) for Fish and Corals. In the event of DOA must provide us with clear pictures of dead Fish/Coral(s) both still inside the shipping bag and outside the shipping bag within 45 minutes after arrival. It's your responsibility to provide proof of dead fish/coral. Fail to do so will void all guarantees.
All Fish and Corals are shipped via FedEx/UPS Priority Overnight Shipping (must be received on first delivery attempt). You will receive an e-mail containing your FedEx/UPS tracking number (must be available at the time of delivery). Packages usually arrive by 10:30 a.m. the following day.
Please always be sure of your purchase prior to buying. There is a 15% Restocking Fee on any orders cancelled after purchase.
We only cover Dead On Arrival losses. If the fish you purchase does not arrive alive, we'll gladly credit your account or ship you a replacement. (Free shipping is not applicable on replacement orders). We are not liable for losses due to shipping delays.
We take pride in what we do at Marine Pleasures, we are a team of professionals dedicated to our business, very well experienced packing live Fish and Corals.
You are paying for the service of Marine Pleasures to acquire and quarantine fish for you, not purchasing off the bulk livestock that could potentially carry and bring all sorts of marine diseases into your system.
When shopping with us, you can shop with confidence. In our facility, our Fish are fully quarantined and medicated. Our Corals are also fully conditioned.
Once you receive your order,
DO NOT Dip your new Corals.
DO NOT submit your new Fish to any medication.
DO NOT remove Corals from plugs.
Doing something wrong could harm or even kill your new Fish/Corals.
Do not discard the item without contacting us and receiving confirmation first.
Doing so will void the guarantee, No exceptions!
Although it is always recommended to dip and quarantine any newcomers, you are also risking your new fish/corals. Severe stress or trauma may result in sudden changes, especially if not doing things properly. Doing something wrong can be devastating for your new fish/corals.
If in doubt, it is totally fine to place your new fish/corals coming from our facility into an observation quarantine system. The system must be free of pests and diseases.
