Roa Modesta, also known as the Brown banded butterflyfish, is a small butterflyfish. These fish are peaceful. They live sometimes solitary or in pairs, but often in small groups on deep rocky reefs. They are omnivores feeding mainly on algae and all sorts of small invertebrates. They are one of the most reef safebutterflyfish.
